Subscriptions and invoices without arithmetic surprises
Orbyte stores each client's subscription and creates draft invoices before they are due. Totals, taxes, due dates and payment status are calculated by code, never by AI. Payments are recorded as entries that cannot be edited, and each invoice can be exported as a PDF that matches the screen exactly.

What is calculated by code
- Invoice totals and tax from line items.
- Sequential invoice numbers without gaps.
- Whether an invoice is overdue, derived from its due date rather than stored.
- Paid status, derived from the recorded payments.
Not included
- Online payment collection.
- Automatic sending of invoices to clients: you download the PDF or copy the message.
- Multi-currency and credit notes.
