How Orbyte works, from data to change history

Orbyte keeps business facts as structured records. Scheduled rules raise alerts from those records, AI explains and drafts using real numbers, and a person approves risky actions. Approved actions run through the same code as manual buttons, and every step is written to an change history that cannot be edited.

Why AI never changes money

Amounts, taxes, due dates and payment status come from code and recorded payments. AI reads these numbers and explains them; the tools it can call can draft, but they cannot record a payment or change an amount.

Why an alert is never raised twice

Every automatic effect carries a unique key. If a scheduled rule runs again for the same invoice and period, the second attempt does nothing.

Why content is treated as data

Text inside documents, transcripts and messages is treated as content, never as instructions. Risky actions cannot be triggered by that text, because they always wait for a person.
